Hi, my name is Kasha and I help man and woman, in and around Muswell Hill to live their lives without stress, pain, tension, and injury.

I am a fully qualified BTEC level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist with the diploma from the renowned Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage with over 12 years experience.

Over the years I've mastered many different complementary techniques increasing my knowledge and understanding of the human body. Many of these techniques are more advanced and effective than simple Sports Massage techniques leading to a more integrated treatment of Soft Tissue Therapy.
